Dato' J. Palaniappan

Dato' J. Palaniappan is a distinguished leader in workforce development, with extensive experience in technical and vocational education and training (TVET), industrial relations, and human capital development. He is the Chairman of the ASEAN Future Workforce Council and serves as a Council Member for the ASEAN TVET Council under the ASEAN Secretariat. With over two decades of experience, Dato' Palaniappan has played pivotal roles in government advisory committees, including the National Technical and Vocational Education and Training Council and the National Labour Advisory Council in Malaysia

He currently serves as Managing Director of Satake Technologies Sdn. Bhd. and holds board positions at the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDCorp).
