She brings a strong track record in directing value-added planning and strategic systems initiatives, with a proven ability to identify policy opportunities and implement effective solutions across collaborative, cross-functional teams. Her extensive background includes administrative management in areas such as human resources, financial operations, student affairs, and coaching and counseling.

She holds an MBA from theEdinburgh Business School , Heriot-Watt University and a PhD in Business Management from the University of South Australia.
