The Bachelor of Finance is a 3 ½ year programme with the objective to produce graduates with thorough knowledge and technical abilities in finance to meet with the increase in the market demand for finance graduates. The Bachelor of Finance programme allows students to embark on careers in fields of finance such as risk management, funds management, banking, investment analysis and financial analysis.

Aim of the Programme
To produce graduates who exhibit a strong knowledge base and technical competency in finance.

Passed the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with a credit (Grade B) in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia subject or a credit (Grade B) in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia July paper and pass in History, Mathematics and English Language; and |

Achieve a minimum Band in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) as required in special requirements of the programme. and |

A-Level, AUSMAT and IB REQUIREMENT 1 Passed the GCE A-Level with at least Grade B in Mathematics and one (1) of the following subjects: • Accounting and Obtained at least Grade B+ for Mathematics and pass in English Language at the SPM level; and Obtained at least Band 3 in MUET However, applicants who do not have MUET but have the following results may be considered for conditional offer by fulfilling the MUET requirements within the duration of one (1) academic session: • Obtained at least Band 4.5 in IELTS (Academic) or • Obtained score of at least 477 (PBT) / 153 (CBT) / 53 (IBT) in TOEFL. and Passed the interview. OR REQUIREMENT 2 Possess the International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB) with a minimum score of 35 points; and Obtained at least Grade 5 (Higher Level) at the International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB) level in Mathematics and one (1) of the following subjects: • Economics and Obtained at least Grade B+ for Mathematics and pass in English Language at the SPM level; and Obtained at least Band 3 in MUET However, applicants who do not have MUET but have the following results may be considered for conditional offer by fulfilling the MUET requirements within the duration of one (1) academic session: • Obtained at least Band 4.5 in IELTS (Academic) or • Obtained score of at least 477 (PBT) / 153 (CBT) / 53 (IBT) in TOEFL. and Passed the interview. OR REQUIREMENT 3 Possess the Australian Matriculation Programme (AUSMAT) with a minimum Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) rank of 80 percent (%); and Obtained at least a score of 70% at the Australian Matriculation Programme (AUSMAT) level in Mathematics and one (1) of the following subjects: • Business Management and Enterprise and Obtained at least Grade B+ for Mathematics and pass in English Language at the SPM level; and Obtained at least Band 3 in MUET However, applicants who do not have MUET but have the following results may be considered for conditional offer by fulfilling the MUET requirements within the duration of one (1) academic session: • Obtained at least Band 4.5 in IELTS (Academic); or • Obtained a score of at least 477 (PBT)/ 153 (CBT)/ 53 (IBT) in TOEFL; and Passed the interview. |
