“It has always been my dream to pursue an MBA, and studying at the University of Malaya has been a truly fulfilling and transformative experience. Balancing full-time work and studies over two years was never easy. The learning environment was rigorous, with tight deadlines for both work and assignments. Finding time to discuss and complete group projects, whether online or in person, was often challenging but taught me the value of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.

The program broadened my understanding of business beyond the technical aspects of production, covering areas such as marketing, entrepreneurship, and organizational behaviour. This exposure inspired my career transition from the production department to the planning function, where I now play a more strategic role in decision-making and resource optimization.

The MBA journey not only strengthened my analytical and leadership skills but also built my confidence to take on greater responsibilities. I am deeply grateful to the University of Malaya for providing such a comprehensive and rewarding learning experience that continues to shape my professional growth.
