PARKING BAY RENTAL FOR THIRD-YEAR STUDENTS AND ABOVE FOR BACHELOR DEGREE PROGRAM

Assalamualaikum & Salam Sejahtera.

Dear FPE Third-Year and Above Bachelor Degree Students,

We are pleased to announce that the Faculty Management has agreed to offer 30 parking bays within the barrier gate area of Block B (next to Zai Cafe) for semester rental, exclusively for eligible students of the Faculty of Business and Economics.

Key details of the rental:

1. Rental fee: RM300 per semester (Semester 1: October 2024 - February 2025)
2. The rental is not transferable and is per car.
3. Students must bring their matric card to activate the entry pass for the parking area upon submitting their application with payment evidence.
4. Although car switching is allowed, you must register your new car with the Development Office to replace the old one.
5. Any unauthorized cars (those not registered with the Development Office) will be clamped, and the fee to unlock the clamp is RM200.

These parking bays will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested in securing a rental space, please send an email to Encik Reeza at reezarasid@um.edu.my to proceed with the application process by filling in the attached form for approval.
